Abstract

The Egyptian universities remained a long time ago to extract graduated students for working at the field of Egyptian labor until the issuance of the law number 49. for the year 1972 accordance with universities organization related to article 29. for appointment of vices of university presidents including of article 35 repeated which mentioned: formation of council for Affairs of society services environment development headed by university vice of university for society services environment development it includes appointment of faculties vices which society services environment development that defines the importance of vital role for universities to serve society services environment development It is according to that it began in academic productive to service serve Society services environment development through foundation of Serve society services in universities in generally and research cities In universities the universities play the role in raining to achieve the Mental psychical among graduated it defines available Jobs in labor Market it aims to gain labor skills which need at the labor market Through training courses for some unemployed peoples in the society It aims to offer search patterns (maps) for making researches which Benefits for society sectors and different environment and so it led To the benefits of individuals and society and the whole data .
