Abstract

The current research aimed at developing the skills of designing rubrics cards and productive thinking skills among third-year students at the College of Technology and Education, as well as verifying the effectiveness of a hybrid micro-learning in developing the skills of designing rubrics and productive thinking. Productive thinking, the design of a hybrid micro-learning environment, and the design of measurement tools represented in an electronic test including cognitive achievement, a product evaluation card, and an test for productive thinking skills, The research sample consisted of (173) students in the third year from the Department of Electricity, The experimental group (84), and the control group (89), and the research tools were applied before and after on the research groups. The results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in each of the electronic test of cognitive achievement, a product evaluation card for the skills of designing rubrics cards, and the electronic test of productive thinking skills in favor of the experimental group, which indicates the effectiveness of micro-learning in developing the skills of designing assessment ladders cards and productive thinking among third-year students at the College of Technology and Education.
