Achieving the objectives of engineering as a modern approach in the way of organizing society and training workers in the educational administration in Bahariya Oasis

Abstract

This study aims to show the contribution of a modern approach to the way of community organization in training the staff of the educational administration in Bahariya Oasis, where technology has recently greatly affected the process of institutional transformation and the achievement of sustainable development goals in the light of Egypt's vision 2030. Therefore, there has become a new requirement aimed at necessity. Re-engineering the educational administration in Bahariya Oasis by achieving what is called "re-engineering", there has become a new requirement aimed at the necessity of re-engineering the educational administration in the Bahariya Oasis by achieving what is called “engineering”, especially “engineering of human resources And that is by achieving the engineering requirements in the next stage And training workers and achieving the goals of educational institutions in order to reach a future vision to activate training for the development of human capital in the educational administration in Bahariya Oasis. And in different sectors to take this management method The new and its employment to develop the various fields of work in it, and the impact of reengineering in improving administrative processes in educational institutions and in achieving their goals, and provide time and effort for the senior administrative leadership to draw a strategy for the educational institution and motivate workers and develop their strengths and address weaknesses. And their assistance to detonate the creative energies inherent in each individual in them, which necessarily reflects on the education and learning system.
