The level of psychological ownership of vocational education teachers in Bani Obeid district in light of the variables of gender and academic qualification

Abstract

The study aimed to find out the level of psychological ownership among vocational education teachers in Bani Obeid district in light of the variables of gender and academic qualification. The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of all vocational education teachers working in the public schools affiliated to Bani Obeid District in Jordan, whose number is (53) teachers. For the purposes of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to measure psychological ownership, numbering (26) items. The results showed that the vocational education teachers' estimates of their level of psychological ownership were high, and the results did not show statistically significant differences in the level of psychological ownership of vocational education teachers due to the variables of gender and educational qualification.
