Legislative culture and its role in improving the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes from the point of view of teachers (a field study)

Abstract

      The current research aimed to identify the role of legislative culture in improving the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes from the teachers' point of view. The research used the descriptive approach, as it is the appropriate method for the purpose and nature of the research. The research also relied on the questionnaire as a tool to identify the reality of the legislative culture and its role in improving the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes from the point of view of the study sample, and it was applied to (421) teachers of Al-Azhar secondary education in some educational regions (Cairo, Gharbia, Sohag) differently. The results showed that the degree of availability of the role of the legislative culture in improving the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes was "weak", and the degree of approval of the obstacles that limit the improvement of the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes in the light of the legislative culture came to a "significant" degree. Research a number of recommendations to improve the administrative performance of the sheikhs of Al-Azhar secondary institutes in light of the legislative culture, and proposals to overcome the obstacles to achieving this.
