Abstract

The study aimed at finding out the digital problems that face faculty instructors under the programmed learning in the colleges of Irbid and Ajloun / Al-Balqa Applied University. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (80) teachers. The validity and reliability of the tool, which consisted of (29) items, was verified by calculating the coefficient reliabilityhe. The researcher relied on the Cronbach Alpha Equation.  The study concluded that, regarding the digital problems facing teachers, the sample's estimates were high, with an arithmetic mean of (3.49) and a standard deviation of (0.546). As for the high prices of electronic devices, students' subscription to the Internet, and their using the e-mail and social networking applications, the estimates were high with an arithmetic mean of (4.18) and a standard deviation of (.938). The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.05) attributed to age, experience and college. Accordingly, the researcher recommends conducting more studies, as well as providing computers for students to follow them and train them to master education on the e-learning platforms.
