Abstract

The research aimed to know the effect of an e-learning environment based on a variety of visual stimuli to developing the level of achievement and visual culture skills in geography among hearing handicappeds pupils from the first year of prep stage, and the researcher followed the experimental approach to design the two groups (experimental - control), and the experimental study sample consisted of (15) First year- prep stage Pupils. The study included: a list of the Visual stimuli, Visual culture skills, an evaluation card for the e-learning environment, an achievement test and Visual culture skills test. The pre and post study tools for the benefit of the post application, which indicates the effectiveness of electronic learning environment based on a variety of visual stimuli in developing the level of achievement and visual culture skills in geography, and the study recommended the need to a variety of visual stimuli in teaching geography to the hearing handicappeds, train and encourage social studies teachers to design and production of  e-learning environments to be used in teaching geography, and attention to the development of Visual culture skills for the hearing handicappeds.
