Organizational Justice and its Relationship with Organizational Excellence among Kindergarten’s Female Principals at the City of Buraidah

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational justice and organizational excellence among the principals of kindergarten schools in Buraidah from the point of view of female teachers. It also aimed to determine the degree to which the dimensions of organizational excellence and organizational justice were achieved among the principals of kindergarten schools from the point of view of female teachers in Buraidah. In addition, it sought to find if there are statistically significant differences for the dimensions of organizational justice and the dimensions of organizational excellence attributed to the variables: years of experience, specialization, qualification, and type of school, governmental or private. The study used the descriptive correlative approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. A stratified random sample of (284) female teachers was selected, including (167) female teachers from public sector schools and (117) female teachers from private sector schools. The results showed that there is a statistically significant positive and high correlation relationship between organizational justice and organizational excellence among the principals of kindergarten schools in Buraidah from the point of view of female teachers. This indicates that the increase in one of the variables is followed by an increase in the other. It shows that the level of organizational justice among the principals of kindergarten schools from the point of view of female teachers in Buraidah is available to a medium degree. The dimension of transactional justice achieved the first rank with a high degree. The dimension of informational justice achieved the second rank with a high degree. The dimension of procedural justice achieved the third rank with a medium degree. The dimension of distributive justice achieved the fourth rank, with a medium degree. The level of organizational excellence among the female principals of kindergarten schools from the point of view of female teachers in Buraidah was achieved to a large extent. The dimension of excellence of subordinates achieved the first rank with a great degree. The dimension of leadership excellence achieved the second rank with a great degree. The dimension of organizational culture achieved the third rank with a great degree. The dimension of organizational structure excellence achieved the fourth and last rank with a medium degree. The study also proved that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample participants about the degree of organizational justice among the principals of kindergarten schools in Buraidah due to the different years of experience and qualification. There are differences in the dimension of transactional justice due to the variable of specialization and differences are in favor of the kindergarten specialization. There are differences in the dimension of distributive justice due to the variable of school type and the differences are in favor of female teachers in government schools. There are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample participants about the level of achievement of organizational excellence among the principals of kindergarten schools in Buraidah due to the different years of experience, qualification and type of school. There are differences in the dimension of the excellence of subordinates and the dimension of organizational culture due to the variable of specialization and the differences are in favor of the kindergarten specialization.
