The degree of employment of Islamic education teachers at the secondary stage of reflective thinking skills in the light of some variables "evaluative study"

Abstract

Research objective the degree of employment of Islamic education teachers in the secondary stage of reflective thinking skills is known in the light of some variables "evaluative study", and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical and survey methodology, and the research community consisted of all (124) teachers of Islamic education in the secondary stage in Bisha governorate, and the research sample was determined in (59) teachers in the Bisha sector, during the first semester 1444/2022, and the research materials and tools consisted of a list of thinking skills and a note card containing (39) paragraphs for reflective thinking skills, and their honesty and consistency were also verified, and the results found that the employment of education teachers In addition, there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average ranks of Islamic education teachers, attributed to teachers with more than 10 years of experience, with educational scientific qualifications, and with a master's degree.the researcher also made a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: raising awareness of Islamic education teachers of the importance of employing reflective thinking skills in teaching Islamic education courses, and encouraging them to develop their meditative practices.
