A proposed vision to develop the reality of the teaching license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia In the light of some international experiences

Abstract

The study aimed to present a proposed vision for developing the reality of the teaching license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of some international experiences. To achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was used. The study came out with four axes. The first axis presented the conceptual framework for the professional license for teaching, and the second axis dealt with the reality of the professional license for teaching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. While the third axis dealt with the experiences and experiences of some countries in the field of professional licensing for teaching, where the experience of the United States of America, the experience of the United Kingdom, and the experience of Japan were presented, and the study reached the development of the proposed vision for developing the reality of the professional license for teaching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whereThe goals and premises of the vision were presented, and then its axes, which were represented in: First: Academic Qualifications, Second: Practical Experiences, Third: Scientific Experiences, Fourth: Personal Qualities, Fifth: Academic Knowledge and Educational Skills, Sixth: Emotional Standards and Specifications, then the study concluded with the most prominent recommendations and proposals .
