Elements of application of modern trends in the leadership of King Khalid University "Proposed vision"

Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a proposed vision for the components of applying modern trends in the leadership of King Khalid University and the degree of their availability from the point of view, and the use of the research descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, which was applied to a sample of academic leaders and faculty members at King Khalid University amounted to (449), and the research resulted in The approval of the members of the research sample about the importance of having the elements (strategic planning at King Khalid University, achieving organizational justice among workers, preparing the second row of academic and administrative leaders at King Khalid University, and the availability of the technical and technological environment at King Khalid University with a degree of approval of “large”, no significant differences A statistic at the level of the function (α 0.05 ≥ ) between the averages of the responses of the members of the research sample about the degree of availability of the elements of applying modern trends in the leadership of King Khalid University (strategic planning at the university, achieving organizational justice among university employees, preparing the second row of academic and administrative leaders, and the availability of the technical environment and technology) according to the variable (practical degree) and the type of college (theoretical and scientific), and the research recommended holding training courses for academic and academic leaders. Dariya and faculty members at King Khalid University about recent trends in university leadership, establishing an administrative unit for strategic planning in faculties and academic departments at King Khalid University, and forging partnerships with civil institutions specialized in information technology to re-equip the live environment of colleges and universities in the field of technology, and updating the university and colleges website in Recent trends in the field of information technology and systems.
