The professional Efficiency of Teaching Staff in the faculties of Education, Al-Azhar University based on the transforming towards The productive University Culture and its Relationship to their Cognitive Flexibility

Abstract

The research aimed to  identify the relationship of professional efficiency  of teaching staff in the faculties of education, Al-Azhar University based on the transforming towards the productive university culture produced by their cognitive flexibility, as well as revealing the differences in the dimensions of professional efficiency and dimensions of cognitive flexibility based on the different variables : degree and specialization, as well as identifying the possibility of predicting the dimensions of professional efficiency related with realizing the degrees of cognitive flexibility, on (197) teaching staff in faculties of education,  Al-Azhar University. The research tools included the professional efficiency scale, the cognitive flexibility scale. The researchers used One Way ANOVA, LSD test, two ways  ANOVA, correlation factors and the Multiple linear regression analysis, The results of the research indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the efficiency Professionalism is due to the difference in the academic degree in favor of the professor, and the absence of statistically significant differences in professional efficiency due to the difference in specialization, and the presence of statistically significant differences in cognitive flexibility due to the difference in the scientific degree in favor of the professor, and the absence of statistically significant differences in cognitive flexibility due to the difference in specialization. There is a positive and significant relationship between professional efficiency Cognitive flexibility, as well as the possibility of predicting professional efficiency, given to the degrees of cognitive flexibility.
