Abstract

     The aim of the current research is to know the level of digital intelligence and its relationship to cognitive flexibility and the attitude towards a productive university among a sample of faculty members and their assistants at Al-AzharUniversity. The research used the descriptive analytical method, and the basic study sample consisted of (267) faculty members and their assistants at Al-Azhar University in the second term of The academic year 2020/2021 AD, and the researchers applied the digital intelligence scale (prepared by researchers), the cognitive flexibility scale (prepared by the researchers), and the measure of attitude towards a productive university (prepared by researchers). The results of the study concluded that the level of digital intelligence among faculty members and their assistants at Al-AzharUniversity is low. There is a positive, statistically significant correlation between digital intelligence and cognitive flexibility among faculty members and their assistants at Al-Azhar University, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between digital intelligence and the trend towards a productive university among faculty members and their assistants at Al-Azhar University, and there are statistically significant differences between the average grades of members of Al-Azhar University. The faculty and their assistants on the digital intelligence scale (total score - dimensions) are due to the gender variable (male - female), and that There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of faculty members and their assistants on the digital intelligence scale (total score - dimensions) due to the college type variable (theory - practical), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of faculty members and their assistants on the digital intelligence scale. (Total degree - dimensions) refers to the degree variable (assistant staff - teacher - assistant professor and professor), and digital intelligence can be predicted through the degrees of faculty members and their assistants on the scale of cognitive flexibility, and digital intelligence can be predicted through the degrees of faculty members and their assistants. On the scale of the attitude towards the productive university.
