The role of digital administration in developing creative skills of governmental primary school leaders in Sakaka from the teachers' point of view.

Abstract

This study aims to know the extent of digital administration application and its role in developing creative skills of governmental primary school leaders in Sakaka from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlative method was based on the design of a questioner distributed to a random sample of (312) teachers from society (1625) of the governmental primary school leaders in Sakaka, with percent (19.2%) at 2022.  The study reached to high level of digital administration practice for governmental primary school leaders in Sakaka, an average level with a mean of (4.07) and standerd diviation of (0.72). As well as high level of creative skills of governmental primary school leaders in Sakaka by its four dimensions (fluency, flexibility, originality and dealing with problem), an average level with a mean of (4.09) and standerd diviation of (0.69). Further more, there is a positive correlative relationship between digital administration and developing creative skills of governmental primary school leaders (r=0.92 at level of significant α ≤ 0.01). The study presented a suggested proposal to activate the role of digital administration in developing the creative skills of governmental primary school leaders.
