A systematic review of studies of organizational flexibility in educational management documented in the Saudi Digital Library in the period (2017-2021)

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the volume of Arabic research compared to English research in organizational flexibility according to the year of publication in the period from (2017-2021); Arabic and English organizational resilience research publication sources; The most prominent Arab and Western publishing houses, the educational topics covered by the organizational resilience research, Arab and Western, and the most prominent trends in the research in terms of the topics they dealt with and the methodology used in comparison with English research. From 2017 to 2021, research published as full text, research published in specialized academic journals, selection of research written in English for foreign research), and to analyze the information, quantitative analysis was used for all studies obtained from the survey and qualitative analysis of studies in the field of educational administration, The study concluded that the percentage of Arabic research out of the total research in both languages ​​amounted to (31.9%), and that the proportion of English research out of the total research in both languages ​​amounted to (68.1%). And that the volume of Arabic research amounted to nearly half of the research published in English, and that the number of research in 2019 was the largest in research in the Arabic language, reaching (16) research; As for the English research, it was found that the year 2020 was the most numerous in research, reaching (26) research; The comparative analysis between Arabic studies and studies in English in the field of organizational flexibility in the field of educational administration showed the progress of Arab studies in this field, so it can be considered as a guide to deepening the study of this concept in all its aspects and linking it with many variables to build a knowledge base that establishes Arab theories that can be generalized to different Arab environments.
