Coexistence skills and their relationship to some personal variables among retired teachers in the Asir region

Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the level of coexistence skills and their relationship to some personal variables among retired teachers, and to identify the difference in coexistence skills of retired teachers according to the variables of age group and social status. Paragraph, and the psychometric properties of the scale were verified for validity and reliability, and the research was applied to a sample of retired teachers in the Asir region, where 124 retired teachers responded to the electronic link after their retirement six years or less, and the results of the study indicated that the level of coexistence skills Among retired teachers, it was moderately, as it was found from the results that retired teachers do not differ in the level of coexistence skills according to the age group and social status. Preparing a counseling program to assist some teachers who lack coexistence skills in developing coexistence skills for them.
