The Requirements for the Transformation of Al-Azhar University towards a smart university from the Viewpoint of the teaching staff A future vision

Abstract

The current study aims to identify some requirements for the transformation towards a smart university at Al-Azhar University, and the degree of its importance from the viewpoint of the the teaching staff, whether they are requirements related to infrastructure, smart individuals or smart management, and the study sample consisted of (380) faculty members from different specializations and Scientific degrees from various colleges of the university, the study used the descriptive analytical  approac  to identify the reality of requirements for the transformation towards a smart university at Al-Azhar University, and the degree of its importance from the viewpoint of the the teaching staff seeking to set a future vision to provide requirements for the transformation towards a smart university at Al-Azhar University and its importance .it used a questionnaire applied electronically through (Google Drive), The results of the research showed that the requirements for the transition towards a smart university are all important from the point of view of the teaching staff at Al-Azhar University, and in light of the research results, the researcher developed a future vision to provide the requirements for the transformation towards a smart university at Al-Azhar University and applying it as one of the modern educational models.
