Abstract

The aim of the current research is to formulate a suggested proposal that prescribes the effective educational climate and develop functional mechanisms for its implementation. It is also inspired by the recommendations of the previous literature, which emphasized the importance of providing a teaching environment that grants targeted educational experiences to the undergraduate students, and investing in the teaching skills possessed by faculty members that achieve the desired qualitative learning outcomes. The current research made use of the mixed methods research, which depends on the collection, analysis, and mixing of qualitative data and quantitative ones together to take the advantage of both, and to avoid their defects individually, in order to be able to achieve comprehensive results. The research community included the faculty members at the Egyptian universities, and the research sample was determined by a number of faculty members in the Egyptian universities, who participated in the response on the research instruments through social networking sites, namely (Google Form Application). The most prominent findings of the research revealed that the research sample agreed on the most important problems that cause an expected defect in the availability of an effective educational climate and the problems were classified according to their source to include (professor - management of the university institution - student). The research sample identified the most important components necessary for an effective educational climate, specified in (the rules of maintaining order in the educational environment - the role of the professor in managing the teaching situation - managing the educational situation successfully). The above-mentioned results were utilized in developing a proposed vision that reflects the promising image of the effective educational climate through its implementation mechanisms that were extracted from the philosophical framework of research and the related research and previous studies and research vision that resulted from experience in the field, in addition to the results of the field implementation of the research.
