Abstract

The primary stage is one of the most important and influential stages on the learner's Development and growth"linguistic, cognitive, social, and emotional" Rhetoric plays an important role in developing all these aspects if it is presented in a way which is suitable to the nature of the current era, learners ’ abilities using an effective teaching strategy, especially in bilingual schools in a different language besides his own native Arabic language. considering what the learner in these Schools suffers from, especially the clear deficiencies in the linguistic use in different communicative situations and the prevalence of cognitive bullying towards some School subjects that don't receive positive interaction with him. The current study aims to develop rhetorical methods, linguistic discourse and deal with cognitive bullying using a program based on the strategy of analyzing original texts among primary Schools pupils in the Egyptian Nile schools. To achieve this goal; a set of tools and materials were presented and applied to two groups (control and experimental) of grade six pupils in one of the Egyptian Nile schools. The research reached some  useful results; In the light of these results the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
