This study aimed to identify pre-service female science teachers’ awareness of Integrating artificial intelligence (AI) applications in science education. The descriptive survey approach was used. The researcher prepared a scale to measure pre-service science teachers’ awareness of Integrating AI applications in science education. The scale was distributed to all forty-three pre-service female science teachers. The study revealed a low level of pre-service science teachers' awareness of the use of artificial intelligence applications in science education as a whole, the results indicated that the level of awareness of pre-service female science teachers about the importance of artificial intelligence in science education is low, the level of awareness of the characteristics of artificial intelligence is low, the level of awareness of how to employ artificial intelligence in science education is very low, and the level of awareness of obstacles to the employment of artificial intelligence in science education is low. The study recommended spreading awareness of Integrating AI applications in science education.
