هدف البحث تعرف دور القيادة الأخلاقية في تحقيق الفعالية المدرسية والرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين بمدارس التعليم العام وذلک من خلال معرفة طرق تأثير القيادة الأخلاقية على فعالية المدرسة من خلال الدور الوسيط لکل من الالتزام الوجداني والرضا الوظيفي. ولهذا الغرض، تم توجيه (612) معلمًا للمشارکة في الاجابة على مقاييس القيادة الأخلاقية، والالتزام الوجداني، والرضا الوظيفي والفعالية المدرسية، ودعمت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفرض القائل بوجود علاقات إيجابية للقيادة الأخلاقية بالالتزام الوجداني، والرضا الوظيفي، والفعالية المدرسية. کما کشفت النتائج عن توسط اتجاهات العمل (الالتزام الوجداني والرضا الوظيفي) بشکلٍ جزئيٍ للعلاقة بين القيادة الأخلاقية والفعالية المدرسية، مشيرةً إلى الآثار المباشرة وغير المباشرة للقيادة الأخلاقية على الفعالية المدرسية. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، تم اقتراح عدد من التوصيات وعدد من المقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمجال بحوث الإدارة المدرسية وتطبيقاتها.
The purpose of the research was to identify the role of ethical leadership in achieving school effectiveness and job satisfaction for teachers in general education schools in the urban city of Abha by identifying ways in which ethical leadership affects the effectiveness of the school through the intermediary role of both emotional commitment and job satisfaction. To meet this end, 612 teachers were directed to participate in the answer to ethical leadership measures, emotional commitment, job satisfaction and school effectiveness, and the results of the study supported the validity of the assumption that there are positive relationships to ethical leadership with emotional commitment, job satisfaction and school effectiveness. The results also revealed that business trends mediate emotional commitment and job satisfaction in part the relationship between ethical leadership and school effectiveness, noting the direct and indirect effects of ethical leadership on school effectiveness. In the light of these findings, a number of recommendations and a number of proposals for future research have been proposed, particularly with regard to school management research and applications.
