والأکاديمية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في کلية التربية في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية أثناء أزمة وباء کورونا وذلک من خلال تحديد تلک المشکلات، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم إعداد استبانة وُزعت على عينة الدراسة التي تکونت من (233) من الطلاب والطالبات الدارسين في برامج الماجستير والدکتوراة في أقسام کلية التربية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1440/ 1441ه. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج کان من أبرزها موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة کبيرة على المشکلات الإدارية والفنية التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في کلية التربية في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية أثناء أزمة وباء کورونا، وموافقتهم بدرجة متوسطة على المشکلات الأکاديمية التي تواجههم أثناء أزمة وباء کورونا، وأن الطلبة بمرحلة الدکتوراة موافقون بدرجة أکبر على المشکلات الإدارية التي تواجههم من الطلبة بمرحلة الماجستير. کما کشفت النتائج عن أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد الدراسة حول المشکلات الإدارية والفنية والأکاديمية التي تواجههم أثناء أزمة وباء کورونا وکذلک المقترحات التي تُسهم في حل تلک المشکلات باختلاف متغير الجنس. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز مشارکة الطلاب في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات التي تتعرض لها الکلية، والتدريب الدوري للطلاب على البرامج التقنية للتعليم عن بُعد مثل (Blackboard& Zoom…) واعتماد قنوات اتصال إليکترونية بالقسم أو الکلية، وإعلان تلک القنوات بالموقع الرسمي للکلية وأقسامها العلمية أو بالمجلات الرسمية التي تصدرها الجامعة، ودعم البنية التحتية لشبکات الاتصال والانترنت، والاعتماد على برامج ذات کفاءة عالية للتعليم عن بُعد والحرص على توفير نسخ الکترونية من الکتب المتوفرة في المکتبات الجامعية، بما يُسهم في سهولة رجوع الطلاب إليها الکترونياً في وقت الأزمات.
This study sought to present some proposals that contribute to solving the administrative, technical and academic problems facing graduate students at the College of Education at Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University during the Corona epidemic crisis through identifying such problems. The study made use of the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was prepared and completed by the study participants totaling (233) students (males and females) studying at master's and doctoral programs, department of Education, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the second semester of the academic year 1440/1441 A.H. The results of the study revealed that the participant strongly agreed concerning the existence of administrative and technical problems facing graduate students in the College of Education at Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University during the Corona epidemic crisis. The participants agreed to an average degree about the academic problems facing them during the Corona epidemic crisis. PhD students were more in agreement with the administrative problems they face than students at the Masters degree. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the study individuals concerning the administrative, technical and academic problems that they face during the Corona epidemic crisis. Furthermore, the results revealed some proposals that might contribute to solving such problems taking into account the gender variable. The study recommended strengthening students' participation in planning for crisis management and providing periodic training for students on technical programs for distance education such as (Blackboard & Zoom…). The study also recommened adopting electronic communication channels among the departments of the college.
