 ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف  إلى مستوى التسامح لدى فئة مراجعي المحاکم النظامية في محافظة الکرک. تکونت عينة الدراسة من ( 195 ) منهم (146) ذکرا و(49) أنثى من ذوي القضايا الجزائية وقضايا التنفيذ. استخدمت  الباحثة مقياسي (التسامح ) و( عوامل الشخصية الکبرى). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التسامح  لدى مراجعي هذه المحاکم کان عالياً, کما أظهرت النتائج  ارتباط التسامح بشکل ايجابي في ( الانبساطية, يقظة الضمير, الانفتاح على الخبرة, والمقبولية) , في حين ارتبط بشکل سلبي مع عامل العصابية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة  أيضاً أن التسامح عند الإناث جاء  أعلى من الذکور  وقد خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات المتعلقة بنتائجها.
The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between five-factor model of personality and forgiveness at those who have issues in the courts in Jordan.The sample of the study consisted of (195) with criminal and execution issues.The researcher used forgiveness and  five-factor model of personality scales. The results of the study showed that the level of forgiveness  of the auditors of these courts was high . The results also showed a positive correlation of forgiveness   in (extroversion, conscience awakening, openness to experience, and acceptability), while it was negatively correlated with neuroticism. The results of the study also showed that the forgiveness  for females was higher than for males The study came out with some recommendations related to its results.
