المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الکشف عن سبل تحسين مستوى إدارة فرق العمل، ومعوقات سبل تحسين مستوى إدارة فرق العمل لدى قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائيَّة بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لسبل تحسين مستوى إدارة فرق العمل وفقاً لمتغيرات: الوظيفة، المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخدمة، والدورات التدريبيَّة في إدارة فرق العمل، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما استخدمت الاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (65) قائدة، و (250) معلمة من معلمات المدارس الابتدائيَّة الحکوميَّة التابعة لمکتب التربية والتعليم البديعة غرب مدينة الرياض، وخرجت الدراسة بناء على نتائجها بتوصيات من أهمها:  ضرورة تفويض القائدات بعض من صلاحياتهن لأعضاء فرق العمل لتيسير مهامهم وتحقيق أهدافهم.  ضرورة توفير الأدلة المناسبة التي توضح لقائدات المدارس آليات فرق العمل.
This study aimed at finding new ways of improving the level of teamwork management, difficulties in finding such ways for leaders of government primary schools in Riyadh city, in addition to discovering the differences of a statistical significance in the average responses of the sample of the study seeking to upgrade the level of teamwork- management according to variables of: position, academic qualification, experience, training courses on teamwork- management. The study used the descriptive method as well as the questionnaire to collect the data. The sample included (65) leaders and (250) teachers of the government primary schools of the department of al Badiah Education Department, West Riyadh.Accordingly, the study has come up with some recommendations, most importantly are the following:  - The necessity of making schools leaders delegate teamwork members some of their authorities to facilitate their tasks and achieve their targets.  - The necessity of providing suitable evidences that make mechanisms of teamwork management clear for school leaders.
