المستخلص

هدف  البحث إلى الکشف عن درجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمحافظة قلوة للقيادة الأخلاقيَّة، من وجهة نظر المعلِّمات، والتعرُّف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للمعلِّمات بمحافظة قلوة، والکشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائيَّة بين متوسِّطات تقديرات مفردات عينة البحث لدرجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمحافظة قلوة للقيادة الأخلاقيَّة، تبعًا لمتغيرات: (المرحلة التعليميَّة، المؤهِّل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة)، اتّبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمَّ اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقيَّة العشوائيَّة، تألفت من (253) معلِّمة من معلِّمات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمراحلها الثلاث بمحافظة قلوة للعامِ الدراسي 1439- 1440هـ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تمَّ تطبيق استبانة ، وکشفت نتائج البحث عن أن بُعْد (القيم التنظيميَّة) احتلَّ المرتبة الأولى من بين أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقيَّة، لدى قائدات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمحافظة قلوة، من حيث درجة الممارسة بمتوسِّط حسابي قدره (4.43)، تلاه بُعْد (السمات الشخصيَّة والإنسانيَّة) بمتوسِّط حسابي قدره (4.42)، أما بُعْد (العلاقات الإنسانيَّة) فجاء بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسِّط حسابي قدره (4.41)، وبلغ المتوسِّط الحسابي العام لدرجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمحافظة قلوة للقيادة الأخلاقيَّة، من وجهة نظر المعلِّمات (4.42)، وهو متوسِّط يُشير إلى درجة ممارسة (عالية جدًّا) لأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقيَّة، وأن تقديرات مفردات عينة البحث لمستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلِّمات بمحافظة قلوة جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدًّا)، حيث بلغ المتوسِّط الحسابي العام لمستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلِّمات (4.39)، وهو متوسِّط يُشير إلى مستوى رضا وظيفي (عالي جدًّا) لدى المعلِّمات بمحافظة قلوة، وکشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيَّة طرديَّة (موجبة) ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) بين درجة ممارسة قائدات المدارس الحکوميَّة بمحافظة قلوة للقيادة الأخلاقيَّة، ومستوى الرضا الوظيفي للمعلِّمات.
The study aimed at revealing the degree of practice of the leaders of the governmental schools in the province of Qalawah for moral leadership from the point of view of the teachers, the level of job satisfaction of the teachers in Qalwa governorate, and the detection of differences of statistical significance between the average of the sample estimates of the sample of the study: (Educational stage, scientific qualification, years of experience). The study  used the descriptive method. The sample of the study was selected by random stratified method consisting of (253) female teachers of governmental schools in the three stages in Qalwa Governorate for the academic year 1439-1440H. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was applied by the researcher. (Organizational values) ranked first among the dimensions of the moral leadership of the leaders of public schools in the province of Qalwa in terms of the degree of practice with an average of (4.43) followed by (human relations) that came in third place with an average of 4.41. The general arithmetic average of the in Qalwa Governorate for moral leadership from the point of view of female teachers (4.42) which is an average that indicates the degree of practice (very high) of the dimensions of moral leadership, and that the estimates of the study sample of the level of job satisfaction among the teachers in the province of Qalwa came to a very high level, (4.39), which indicates a level of job satisfaction (very high) among the teachers in the province of Qalwa.     The results of the study revealed a positive correlation of statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05 α) between the degree of practice of leaders of    Public governmental schools in the  province of Qalawah for moral leadership and the level of job satisfaction of teachers.
