المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم مظاهر العنف لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة القصيم التعليمية، والکشف عما إذا کانت هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر المعلمات تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة - التخصص - نوع التعليم)، والتوصل إلى مقترحات قد تستفيد منها المعلمات في علاج مشکلة العنف. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات، طُبِقت على عينة بلغت (400) معلمة، بنسبة (14%) من المجتمع الأصلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المتوسط العام لمحور مظاهر العنف المدرسي بلغ (2.47)، حيث جاءت العبارة (اعتداء الطالبة على زميلاتها لفظياً) بالمرتبة الأولى، ثم (لجوء الطالبة إلى العناد والتحدي) في المرتبة الثانية، کما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف سنوات الخبرة، لصالح فئة من کانت خبرتهن أکثر من عشر سنوات، وباختلاف التخصص لصالح التخصص النظري، وباختلاف نوع التعليم لصالح التعليم الحکومي وقد أوصت الدراسة بتدريب المعلمة على کيفية التعامل مع أحداث العنف الصادرة من الطالبات.
The current study aimed to identify the most important demonstrations of violence among female middle students from the perspective of middle school students in the ALQassim educational district. and to detect if there are statistically significant differences among the perspectives of the teachers due to the variables of (Years of experience - Major - Type of education) and to reveal several recommendations from which the teachers may benefit in treating the problem of violence. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a study tool to collect data, which was applied to a sample of (438) females, representing 15% of the original community. Data were analyzed using statistical software packages (SPSS). The study concluded that the overall mean for the axis dimension of the demonstrations of school violence was (2.47), as the statement of (the student verbally abused her classmates) ranked first, followed by the statement of (The Student being stubborn and challenging) in the second rank. Also, the study found statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample according to the years of experience, for the benefit of the category of teachers with more than ten years' difference, and according to the major in favor of the theoretical major, and according to the type of education for the benefit of public education.
