الذکاء الاصطناعي سياساته وبرامجه وتطبيقاته في التعليم العالي: منظور دولي Artificial Intelligence: Its Policies, Programs, and Applications in Higher Education: An International Perspective

المستخلص

    يتمحور البحث الحالي على واحد من أثمن التطبيقات التکنولوجية المتقدمة في العصر الثاني للآلة، أي تطبيق الذکاء الاصطناعي (artificial intelligence)في برامج داخل الجامعات ومراکز البحوث وفى التعليم العالي بصفة عامة وبشکل متواتر وسريع سرعة انتشار المفهومات والتطبيقات المرتبطة بالذکاء الاصطناعي ، ويعرف الذکاء الاصطناعي، بأنه القدرة والعمل على التنمية في نظم المعلومات التکنولوجية التي تعتمد على الکمبيوتر والأدوات الأخرى التي تکمل المهام التي يقوم بها والتي عادة ما تتطلب الذکاء الإنساني والتمکن من الوصول إلى استنتاجات منطقية (logical deduction)، ويهدف البحث رصد سياسات وبرامج وتطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي في التعليم العالي من منظور، باستخدام الآليات المنهجية في الوصف والتحليل والتفسير من خلال تناول: تاريخ وتطور الذکاء الاصطناعي بصورة وصفية مبسطة. المصطلح ومرادفاته واستخداماته في العلوم المعاصرة. المهارات الحياتية والمخاطر الناجمة. تطبيقات الذکاء الاصطناعي والسياسات والاستراتيجيات والمستقبليات، ومن أهم هذه التطبيقات، الأنظمة الخبيرة Expert System، تمييز الکلام speech recognition: هي برامج تستطيع تحويل الأصوات إلى کلمات (Text)، معالجة اللغات الطبيعية Natural language Processing، الربوتات Robotics: هي آلة کهروميکانيکية تتلقى الأوامر من حاسب تابع لها فيقوم بأعمال معينة.
The current research is centered on one of the most valuable advanced technological applications in the second era of the machine, that is, the application of artificial intelligence in programs within universities and research centers and in higher education in general and frequently and, the rapid spread of concepts and applications related to artificial intelligence, and artificial intelligence is known as The ability and work on development in computer-based technological information systems and other tools that complement the tasks that it performs that usually require human intelligence and being able to reach logical deduction. The research aims to monitor policy programs and applications of artificial intelligence in higher education from the perspective, using the methodology mechanisms in the description , analysis and interpretation by: -The history and development of artificial intelligence in a simplified, descriptive way. -The concept, its synonyms and uses in contemporary science. -Life skills and the risks involved. - Artificial intelligence applications, policies, strategies and futures, and among the most important of these applications, expert systems, speech recognition: they are programs that can convert sounds into words, natural language processing, robotics: an electromechanical machine that receives orders from A computer affiliated to do certain tasks.
