المستخلص

يهدف البحث الحالي الى اختبار نموذج سببي للتأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة لمتغيرات الذکاء الوجداني والاتجاه نحو الحياة والسلوک الاجتماعي والأخلاقي، حيث يفترض النموذج وجود تأثيرات مباشرة للذکاء الوجداني على کل من السلوک الاجتماعي والأخلاقي ، وکذلک وجود تأثيرات غير مباشرة لنفس المتغير المستقل من خلال الاتجاه نحو الحياة والذى يمثل في هذا النموذج المتغير الوسيط . تکونت عينة البحث من 211 طالبا وطالبه تم اختيارهم من طلبة کلية التربية جامعة السلطان قابوس بسلطنة عمان في العام الدراسي الجامعي 2016/2017. ولقد أشارت النتائج الى وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائياً للذکاء الوجداني على متغير الاتجاه نحو الحياة. کما أظهرت وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائياً للذکاء الوجداني على متغير السلوک الاجتماعي، وعدم وجود تأثير مباشر للذکاء الوجداني في متغير السلوک الأخلاقي. وأشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى وجود تأثير مباشر لمتغير الاتجاه نحو الحياة على متغير السلوک الاجتماعي، وعدم وجود تأثير لنفس المتغير على السلوک الأخلاقي.
Abstract
The current research aimed at examining the causal model of the direct and indirect effects of emotional intelligence, attitude toward life, social and moral behavior. This model which assumes direct effects of emotional intelligence on both social and moral behavior, also considers indirect effects of it on both variables through attitude towards life which seen as an intermediate variable. The sample consisted of 211 students selected from College of Education at Sultan Qaboos University in the Sultanate of Oman, in the academic year 2016/2017. The results indicated that there was significant direct effect of emotional intelligence on the attitude towards life. The results also showed significant effect of emotional intelligence on the social behavior, with no effect of emotional intelligence on the moral behavior. The results also indicated significant direct effect of the attitude towards life on the social behavior, with no significant effect on moral behavior.
