الکفايات التکنولوجية اللازمة للقيادات الأکاديمية بجامعة المجمعة في ظل مستحدثات ثورة المعلومات والاتصال

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أهم الکفايات التکنولوجية اللازمة للقيادات الأکاديميةفي ظل مستحدثات ثورة المعلومات والاتصال، والتعرف على درجةمعرفتهملهذه الکفايات ودرجة ممارستهم لها، والکشف عن العلاقة بين درجة المعرفة بکل کفاية ودرجة ممارسة القيادات لهذه الکفاية، وعن مدى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجات المعرفة والممارسة للکفايات التقنية باختلاف النوع والخبرة، تکونت عينة البحث من (45)قائداً أکاديمياً، منهم (5) عمداء ، و(6) وکلاء و(8) رؤساء ومشرفي أقسام، (6) منسقيأقسام، و(20) مشرف وحدة،استخدم الباحث الاستبانة کأداة لجمع المعلومات المطلوبة حول درجة معرفة وممارسة کل قائد أکاديمي للکفايات الأکاديمية البالغ عددها (47) کفاية مقسمة على (7) محاور، وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج البحث، من أهمها:
-        أکثر الکفايات التکنولوجية معرفة وممارسة لدى القيادات هي ما يتعلق بإرسال واستقبال البريد الإلکتروني وتحميل وتنزيل الملفات المرفقة بالبريد الإلکترونييليها طباعة المستندات واستخدام برنامج الواتس أب.
-        أقل الکفايات التکنولوجية معرفة وممارسة لدى القيادات هي ما يتعلق برنامج الببلشر، وملف الإنجاز الإلکتروني E-portfolio والتدوين الصوتي ( podcast) وبرنامج السناب شات.
-        وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبةبين درجة إلمام ومعرفة القائد الأکاديميللکفاية  ممارسته واستخدامه لها.
-        وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجات ممارسات القيادات الأکاديمية للکفايات التکنولوجية تبعاً لاختلاف الخبرة.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحث بالاستفادة من قائمة الکفايات التکنولوجية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة عند وضع معايير ترشيح قيادات العمل الأکاديمي بالجامعة، وربط ترقية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بإتمام حضور عدد من البرامج التدريبية المرتبطة بالکفايات التکنولوجية، وإعطاء درجات إضافية للقيادات الأکاديمية المتمکنة من الکفايات التکنولوجية عند التقدم للترقية من رتبة لأخرى.
This study aims at identifying the most important technological competencies required for academic leaderships, and identifying the level of their knowledge of these competencies and the degree of their practice. It also aims at revealing the correlation between each competency's level of knowledge and leaderships' practice of these competencies, and the existence of statistically significant differences between knowledge levels and the practice of the technical competencies regardless of type or experience.  Study population consisted of (45) Academic Leaderships, (5) of which are Deans, (6) Assistant Deans, (8) Departments' Heads and Supervisors, (6) Coordinators, and (20) Unit Supervisors. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect required data about knowledge level and each academic leadership's practice of the academic competencies which are (47) competencies divided into (7) scopes.
The researcher has reached number of results as following:
-          The most known and practiced technological competencies by the leaderships were sending and receiving emails, uploading and downloading emails'  attachments, and finally printing documents and using WhatsApp Application.
-          The least known and practiced technological competencies by the leaderships were using the Publisher Program, utilizing E-portfolio, podcasting, and Snap Chat Application.
-          There was a positive correlation between the level of the leadership's competencies knowledge and their practice and utilization of the competencies.
-          There are statistically significant differences between the levels of academic leaderships' practices of technological competencies according to experience.
In light of the study results, the researcher recommended availing list of technological competencies that were identified through this study upon setting leaderships' nomination criteria in the university. Also, the researcher recommended linking faculties' promotion to the completion of number of training programs that address technological competencies when applying for an academic promotion.
Moreover, the researcher suggested conducting more researches about the impact of a training program that is based on technological competencies in improving the performance of academic leaderships, and the technological alteration in Saudi universities in light of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
