الملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مظاهر الاغتراب النفسي وعلاقته بتقدير الذات لدى الطلبة المتفوقين في مدرسة الملک عبد الله الثاني للتميز بمحافظة اربد، وتکونت العينة من (83) طالبا وطالبة، واستخدم مقياسا للاغتراب النفسي من إعداد الباحث، ومقياس تقدير الذات لروزنبرغ(Rosenberg,1979). وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مظاهر الاغتراب النفسي للطلبة المتفوقين أکاديمياً کانت متوسطة، ووجدت فروق دلالة إحصائيا في مظاهر الاغتراب النفسي وکانت لصالح الذکور في مجالات العزلة الاجتماعية والعجز واللاهدف والمجال الکلي ولصالح الإناث في مجالي اللامعيارية واللامعنى، کما إن تقدير الذات لدى الطلبة المتفوقين أکاديميا کان مرتفعاً، وأيضا وجدت فروق دلالة إحصائيا في درجات تقدير الذات وکانت لصالح الذکور. کذلک وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مظاهر الاغتراب النفسي وتقدير الذات.
Abstract:
The Relationship between Psychological Alienation and Self-esteem among Talented Students at King Abdullah II for Excellence at Irbid Province
This study aimed to identify the relationship between aspects of psychological alienation and self-esteem among talented students at King Abdullah II for Excellence at Irbid Province. The study sample consisted of (83) secondary talented students: (40) males and (43) females. The instruments of the study were: a researcher-prepared scale for psychological alienation and an adopted scale for self esteem, Rosenberg’s 1979scale. The results of the study revealed that there were average aspects of psychological alienation among academically outstanding students. There were statistically significant differences in favor of the males in the aspects of social isolation, disability, the aimlessness and the total area whereas the females scored higher in the abnormality and meaninglessness fields. The study also indicated that self-esteem for outstanding students was high. In addition to that, there were statistically significant differences in favor of the males. It was concluded that there was a positive correlation between aspects of psychological alienation and self-esteem.
