التشوهات المعرفية والمرونة العقلية والوعي الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية کمنبئات بقلق التصور المعرفي لدى طلاب المرحلة الجامعية Cognitive Distortions, Mental Flexibility, Emotional Awareness, and Psychological Hardness as Cognitive Conception anxiety predictors among undergraduates.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الکشف مقدار القيمة التنبؤية لکلا من التشوهات المعرفية والمرونة العقلية والوعي الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية للتنبؤ بقلق التصور المعرفي لدى طلاب المرحلة الجامعية.شملت عينة الدراسة الفعلية(286) طالبا جامعيا ممن يدرسون بکلية الآداب والعلوم الانسانية بجامعة الملک عبد العزيز. اشارت نتائج البحث الى أنه أي يمکن تفسير ما يقارب (48.9%) من التباين على متغير قلق التصور المعرفي لدى طلاب المرحلة الجامعية، وذلک بمعرفة متغيرات التشوهات المعرفية والمرونة العقلية والوعي الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية.توصى الدراسة الحالية بضرورة تنبي استراتيجيات ارشادية تعنى بتعديل التشوهات المعرفية وتنمية الوعي الانفعالي والصلابة النفسية والمرونة العقلية في الابنية الشخصية لطلاب المرحلة الجامعية.
Abstract;
The current study is aiming to show the predictive values of the current cognitive distortions, mental flexibility, emotional awareness, and psychological hardness to predict cognitive conception anxiety among undergraduates in King Abdulaziz University. A total of 286 undergraduate students were recruited for this purpose after signing informed consent forms. The results revealed that model can interpret (48.9%) of the variance on the cognitive conception anxiety variable in presence of the examined factors. The present study recommends that more guiding strategies should be taken into account to amend cognitive distortions and to improve emotional awareness, psychological hardness, and mental flexibility in the personality structures of under grate students.
