بعض المشکلات الأکاديمية في کلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الکويت وکيفية علاجها من وجهة نظر الطلبة " دراسة ميدانية " Some academic problems at College of Basic Education at the State of Kuwait and how to face them According to the students’ views “ A field study ”

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشکلات الأکاديمية التي تواجه الطلبة في کلية التربية الأساسية، طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من طلبة کلية التربية الأساسية والبالغ عددهم (455) طالباً و طالبة في العام الجامعي 2017-2018، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبانة تکونت من 52 فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات و هي: المقررات الدراسية، أعضاء هيئة التدريس، الإرشاد الأکاديمي، القاعات الدراسية، الاختبارات والمکتبة.. وخلصت الدراسة إلى إفادة الطلبة بوجود  مشکلات أکاديمية في کلية التربية الأساسية حيث تصدرت مشکلات الاختبارات المرتبة الأولى في حين جاءت مشکلات المکتبة في المرتبة الأخيرة.وحاولت الدراسة من خلال النتائج التي توصلت إليها تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات التي تسهم في حل المشکلات الأکاديمية التي تواجه طلبة کلية التربية الأساسية لتحسين وتطوير العملية التعليمية بالکلية و هدفت إلي توجيه أنظار المسئولين وأصحاب القرار والمشرفين الأکاديميين للأخذ بعين الاعتبار التصدي لها واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة نحوها.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the academic problems faced by students in the Faculty of Basic Education. This study was applied to a random sample of (455) students at college of Basic Education in the academic year 2017-2018. The study used an analytical descriptive method through the application of a questionnaire consisting of 52 paragraphs divided into six areas: study courses, faculty members, academic guidance, classrooms, tests and library. The study concluded that the responses of the students of the Faculty of Basic Education were consistent with the existence of academic problems in the Faculty of Basic Education, while the problems of tests ranked first, the problems of the library came in the last rank.The study, through its findings, tried to present some recommendations and suggestions that contribute to solve the academic problems faced by the students of the Faculty of Basic Education to improve and develop the educational process in the college. As well as it aimed to draw the attention of the officials and decision makers and academic supervisors to take into account these problems in order to face them and take appropriate measures towards them.
