Abstract

The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of a proposed unit on the Noble Hadith based on thematic unity in developing multiple intelligences and moral values among Al-Azhar preparatory school students. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared the following research materials and tools: the proposed unit based on thematic unity, a performance observation card to measure sensory and social intelligence, two linguistic intelligence skills, a multiple intelligences scale (written) to measure the linguistic, visual, spatial, and spiritual intelligence skills of first-year Al-Azhar preparatory school students, a moral values scale, and a teacher's guide. The research results reached: rejecting the two null hypotheses of the research and accepting the two alternative hypotheses, which are: the existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of students in the experimental and control groups on the dimensional multiple intelligences scale in favor of the experimental group, and the existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of students in the experimental and control groups on the dimensional moral values scale in favor of the experimental group. This is because of the proposed unit based on thematic unity in developing multiple intelligences and moral values among first-year Al-Azhar preparatory school students. Considering the results of the research recommends the necessity of utilizing the thematic unit in teaching the Noble Hadith.
