المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء مدخل الحوکمة من وجهة نظرهم, ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أدائهم في ضوء مدخل الحوکمة, واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي, والاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات, طُبقت على (408) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بجامعات (الأزهر, عين شمس, المنوفية, بنها, أسيوط, أسوان), وکشفت نتائج الدراسة عن توافر بُعد العدالة التنظيمية بدرجة (متوسطة) في المرتبة الأولى وبمتوسط موزون (2.07), تبعه بُعد الحرية الأکاديمية في المرتبة الثانية وبدرجة (ضعيفة) بمتوسط موزون (1.66), کما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات تحد من تطبيق الحوکمة بالجامعات منها: قلة توافر الضمانات الکافية للحرية الأکاديمية بالجامعات, وتعدد أهداف الجامعة وتشابکها, وغياب التشريعات المساعدة على تطبيق الحوکمة, وفي ضوء الدراسة النظرية والميدانية تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء مدخل الحوکمة.
The study aimed to identify the reality of the performance of faculty members in colleges of education in Egyptian universities in light of the approach to governance from their point of view, and to develop a proposed vision for developing their performance in light of the approach to governance. The study used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Teaching in the Faculties of Education in the universities (Al-Azhar, Ain Shams, Menoufia, Benha, Assiut, Aswan), and The results of the study revealed the availability of the organizational justice dimension with a degree (medium) in the first place with a weighted average (2.07), followed by the dimension of academic freedom in the second place and with a (weak) degree with a weighted average (1.66). The study also found that there are obstacles that limit the application of governance in universities, including: And the multiplicity of the university’s goals and their intertwining, and the absence of legislation to assist in the application of governance, and in light of theoretical and field study, a proposed vision was developed to develop the performance of faculty members in the Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities in light of the approach to governance.
