النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة وعلاقته بالأمل والصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى الفشل الکلوي. Post Traumatic Growth and Its Correlation with Hope and Psychological Hardness amon Kidney Failure Patients

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة لدى مرضى الفشل الکلوي ، کذلک التعرف على العلاقة بين النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة والأمل والصلابة النفسية ، والتعرف على الفروق بين عينة البحث في النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة والأمل والصلابة النفسية باختلاف متغير النوع (ذکور ،إناث ) والعمر (من 30 إلى 40سنة و من 40 إلى 60 سنة و الأکبر من 60 سنة ) والحالة الاجتماعية (متزوج ، غير متزوج ، أرمل ) او التفاعل بينهم ، وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة من (220) مريضاً من مرضى الفشل الکلوي ممن يعانون من الفشل الکلوي المزمن ويخضعون لعلاج الغسيل الکلوي في المستشفيات التي تعالج هذه الحالات بينهم . منهم (117 ذکراً) و(103 أنثى ) ،ومنهم (43 ) من 30 إلى 40 سنة  و(109 ) من 40 إلى 60 سنة  و(68) أکبر من 60 سنة ، ومنهم (109 )متزوج  و(52 )غير متزوج  و(59 ) أرمل  .وتم استخدام مقياس النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة  إعداد تيدشي وکاليهون (1996) ترجمة الباحثة ، ومقياس الأمل إعداد الباحثة ومقياس الصلابة النفسية إعداد إيزک(2016) ترجمة الباحثة . وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة لدى مرضى الفشل الکلوي. کما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة والأمل والصلابة النفسية .وتبين عدموجود فروق في مقياس النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة تبعاً لمتغير النوع والعمر ،وعدم وجود أثر دال للتفاعل بين النوع والعمر على مقياس النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة بين أفراد العينة من مرضى الفشل الکلوي .بينما وجدت  فروق دالة في النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة تبعاً للحالة الاجتماعية لصالح المتزوجين مقارنة مع غير المتزوجين ،وبين غير المتزوجين والأرامل لصالح الأرامل ، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة بين المتزوجين والأرامل ؛ ولم يوجد أثر دال للتفاعل بين النوع والحالة الاجتماعية على مقياس النمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة. کما توصلت النتائج إلى إمکانية التنبؤ بالنمو الإيجابي بعد الصدمة من خلال الأمل والصلابة النفسية.
The current study aimed to identify the level of post traumatic growth (PTG) among Kidney Failure Patients, as well as to identify the relationship between (PTG), hope and psychological hardnes. Furthermore, it sought to identify the differences between the research sample in (PTG), hope and psychological hardness according to the different sex variable (males, females) and age (from 30 to 40 years and from 40 to 60 years and older than 60 years) and marital status (married, unmarried, widowed) besides the interaction between them. The study sample consisted of (220) patients of kidney failure patients who suffer from chronic kidney failure and who are undergoing dialysis treatment in hospitals that treat such cases. Of them (117 males) and (103 females), of whom (43) are from 30 to 40 years old, (109) are from 40 to 60 years old, (68) are over 60 years old, and of them (109) are married, (52) unmarried, and (59) A widower, and the (PTG)  scale was used by Tedeschi and Calhoun ,1996  translated by the researcher, the Hope scale by the researcher, and the Psychological Hardness Scale prepared by Isik, 2016 and translated by the researcher. The results of the study found a moderate level of (PTG) in patients with kidney failure. It was also found that there is a positive correlation between (PTG), hope and psychological hardness, and there were no differences in the (PTG) scale according to the variable of sex and age, and there was no significant effect of the interaction between sex and age on the (PTG) scale among the sample members of the patients with kidney failure. While there were significant differences in (PTG) according to the marital status in favor of the married people compared to the unmarried people, and between unmarried and widowed women in favor of widows, while there were no significant differences between married men and widows. There was no significant effect of the interaction between sex and marital status on the (PTG). The results also suggest PTG can be predicted through hope and psychological hardness.
