هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية توظيف منصات التقييم الإلکتروني في تنمية مهارات التقييم الذاتى بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى لدى فرق الجودة واتجاهاتهم نحوها، و تم اختبار العينة من عينة فرق الجودة بادارة المعادى التعليمية بطريقة مقصودة بلغت (30) من أعضاء فرق الجودة، وتوصل البحث لنتائج کان من أهمها: ثبوت فاعلية منصات التقييم الإلکتروني في تنمية مهارات التقييم الذاتى بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى لدى عينة البحث التجريبية فى تحقيق متطلبات التقييم الذاتى، بحسب نتائج تحليل بطاقة مهارات التقييم الذاتى، مع وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في اتجاهات عينة البحث نحو توظيف التقييم الإلکتروني، وأيضاً وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين نتائج تطبيق اداتى البحث (بطاقة مهارات التقييم الذاتى – مقياس الاتجاه) فى القياس البعدى لدى عينة البحث، وأوصى البحث بضرورة توفير التدريب اللازم لفرق الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى للإضطلاع بمهام التقييم الذاتى عبر منصات التقييم الإلکتروني وتعميم نتائج البحث الحالي على مجتمع أکبر من مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعى بمصر.
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of utilizing electronic evaluation platforms in developing self-evaluation skills among quality teams of the pre-university education institutions and as well as developing their attitudes towards utilizing the electronic evaluation. Participants were intentionally assigned among the quality teams at Maadi Educational Administration (N = 30). The results revealed the effectiveness of electronic evaluation platforms in developing self-evaluation skills among the experimental group participants, especially in achieving the requirements of self-evaluation according to the results of the self-evaluation skills card analysis. The results also referred that there were statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the research sample towards utilizing electronic evaluation. In addition, there was a positive correlation between self-assessment skills Card and attitudes in the posttest stage. Recommendations highlighted the inevitability of providing the necessary training for quality teams in pre-university education institutions to carry out self-evaluation tasks through electronic evaluation platforms and generalize the current research results to a larger community of pre-university institutions in Egypt.
