المستخلص

جاءت هذه الدراسة في محاولتها للتعرف على بعض الصعوبات التي واجهت المدربين المعتمدين في الحصول على رخصة المدرب المعتمد. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانة موجهة للمدربين المعتمدين بالمملکة العربية السعودية، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (330) من المدربين المعتمدين في جميع مناطق المملکة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: من أبرز الصعوبات التي واجهت المدربين المعتمدين قلة وجود مراکز متخصصة للتدريب والتنمية المهنية، وأن رخصة المدرب المعتمد تجبر المدربين على بذل المزيد من الجهد في السعي لتطوير المهارات والأداء، وقلة وجود الفرص الحقيقية لتنمية المدربين التي تمکنهم من تحقيق متطلبات رخصة المدرب المعتمد ومتطلبات تجديدها، کما جاءت موافقتهم بشدة على مقترحات تحسين ممارسات الحصول على رخصة المدرب المعتمد، ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الصعوبات التي واجهت المدربين المعتمدين تُعزى للمتغيرات (النوع، المنطقة، عدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريب)، بينما توجد فروق تُعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي)، ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المقترحات لتحسين ممارسات الحصول على رخصة المدرب المعتمد تُعزى لمتغيري (المنطقة، المؤهل العلمي)، بينما توجد فروق تُعزى لمتغيري (النوع، عدد سنوات الخبرة في التدريب). وبناء على ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها العمل بالمقترحات التي تمت الموافقة عليها من قبل المدربين المعتمدين لتحسين ممارسات الحصول على رخصة المدرب المعتمد.
This study comes to identify some of difficulties that was facing to they have certified trainers and their suggestion to improving the practices to get certified trainer license. It used descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was prepared for certified trainers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its validity and reliability were verified. The sample study is (330) of certified trainers. The study results: the most difficulties that the certified trainers are faced the lack of specialized centers for training, and that the certified trainer license compels the trainers to do more in the pursuit of developing skills and performance, and they agree to the suggestion to improving the certified trainer license, there were no differences between the study sample about the difficulties by (gender, region, training experience), but there were differences by (qualification), and there were no differences between the study sample of suggestion to improve the certified trainer license by (region, qualification), but there are differences by (gender, training experience). The study recommended to implementation of the suggestions that were approved by the certified trainers to improving the certified trainer license
