هدفالبحثالحالي تنمية مستوى مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى معلمات العلوم وذلک من خلال بناء برنامج تدريبيوتعرف فعاليتهفي ضوء معايير الجودةلتنميةمهاراتالتدريسالفعاللدىمعلمات العلومبالمرحلةالمتوسطة،ولتحققهذاالهدفتمتحديدمهاراتالتدريسالفعالالمطلوبتنميتهالدىمعلماتالعلوم بالمرحلةالمتوسطة،وتحديدالاحتياجاتالتدريبيةلمعلماتالعلومبالمرحلةالمتوسطةفيضوءهذهالمهارات،ثمتصميم برنامجتدريبيمقترحلتنميةهذهالمهارات، ثم تم تطبيق هذا البرنامج على عينة (35) معلمة علوم بالمرحلةالمتوسطة، حيثاستخدمتالباحثة المنهجالوصفيللإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: ما مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى معلمات العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء معايير الجودة؟ما البرنامج المقترح في ضوء معايير الجودة لتنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى معلمات العلوم في المرحلة المتوسطة؟ 3- ما فاعلية البرنامجالتدريبيفي ضوء معايير الجودة فيمهاراتالتدريسالفعاللدىمعلمات العلومبالمرحلةالمتوسطة؟وتمالتوصلإلىتحديدقائمةبمهارات التدريس الفعال في ضوء معايير الجودةمنخلالالاطلاععلى الأدبياتوالدراساتالسابقةذاتالصلة،وتمعرضهاعلىمجموعةمنالخبراءفيمجالالتخصص،ومن ثم إعدادبطاقةملاحظةتضم مجموعة من العبارات بغية الوصول إلى معلومات لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في ضوء معايير الجودة لتنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال لدى معلمات العلوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وقد طبقت البطاقة على عينة مکونة من (10) معلمات علوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة، کما تم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح على (35) معلمة علوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فعالية البرنامجالتدريبيالمقترح في ضوء معايير الجودةعلى تنميةمهاراتالتدريسالفعاللدىمعلمات العلومبالمرحلةالمتوسطة.
Current search aimed to provide a proposed training program based on the quality standards to develop the teaching effective skills for science teachers in the intermediate Stage. To achieve this goal, the teaching effective skills that must be developed and all the training needs for science teachers in the intermediate stage have been identified. Then, design a proposed training program to develop these skills. The researcher was used the descriptive approach to answer the following questions: What is the teaching effective skills for the science teachers of the intermediate stage based on the quality standards? What is the proposed program based on quality standards to develop the teaching effective skills for science teachers in the intermediate Stage? Is there an effectiveness of proposed program based on quality standards to develop the teaching effective skills for science teachers in the intermediate Stage? Based on literature and previous studies, a list of skills that depend on quality standards has been identified. This list was presented to a number of experts in this field. A note card was then prepared includes a set of phrases which contribute to the identification of training needs to design the proposed training program. This card was distributed to a sample of 10 science teachers of the intermediate stage and the proposed training program was applied on a sample of (35) science teachers of the intermediate stage. The result show that the suggested program based on quality standards is effectiveness in developing the teaching effective skills for science teachers in the intermediate Stage.
