هدف البحث إلى التعرف على اثر اختلاف نمط ممارسة الأنشطة الإلکترونية (فردي/ تعاوني) ضمن بيئة  التعلم المعکوس في تنمية الأداء التقني والثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب تکنولوجيا التعليم، تکونت مجموعة البحث من (60) طالب وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة تکنولوجيا التعليم – کلية التربية النوعية – جامعة عين شمس، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين قوام کل مجموعة (30) طالب، تم تصميم الأنشطة التعليمية وفق نموذج التصميم العام، وقد استمرت تجربة البحث ثلاث أسابيع متتالية، حيث نفذت مجموعتي البحث الأنشطة التعليمية بنمطيها عبر المجتمع الافتراضي Schoology،وداخل القاعة الدراسية، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث وهي  اختبار تحصيلي، بطاقة ملاحظة، مقياس الثقة بالنفس، ثم تم رصد النتائج ومعالجتها احصائيًا، وجاءت النتائج لصالح نمط ممارسة النشاط الفردي .
 The Study aimed to identify the effect of the different pattern of electronic activities (individual / cooperative) within the Flipped learning environment in developing technical performance and self-confidence among students of educational technology, the research group consisted of (60) students in the fourth year of educational technology - the Faculty of Specific Education - University Ain Shams, they were divided into two groups, the strength of each group (30) students, educational activities were designed according to the general design model, and the research experiment lasted for three consecutive weeks, as the two research groups carried out educational activities with their two modules through the Schoology virtual community, and the research tools were applied and they are Enumeration test Next, a note card, a measure of self-confidence, then the results were monitored and statistically processed, and the results came in favor of a pattern of individual activity in developing technical performance and self-confidence among students of educational technology.
