المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة الى الکشف عن اتجاهات طلبة الدبلوم التربوي في جامعة تبوک نحو القيادة الفعالة وهل هناک فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين اتجاهات الطلاب والطالبات تبعا لمتغيـرات: الجـنس، التخصص في البکالوريوس، والمعدل التراکمي. کما هدفت الدراسة الى التنبؤ بالاتجاهات القيادية لدى طلبة الدبلوم التربوي في جامعة تبوک وذلک من خلال الکشف عن العلاقة بين الاتجاهات القيادية لدى طلبة الدبلوم التربوي ومتغيرات الجنس، التخصص، والمعدل التراکمي. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة. تکون مجتمع الدراسة من کافة طلبة الدبلوم التربوي في جامعة تبوک للعام الدراسي 1438\1439ه البالغ عددهم (650). استخدمت الاستبانة کأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات کما طبق مقياس (The Leadership Attitudes and Beliefs Scale (LABS- III مکون من (28) فقرة. واهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس ان طلبة الدبلوم التربوي في جامعة تبوک لديهم اتجاه قوي (ايجابي) حول القيادة الفعالة بناء على التفکير الهرمي والمنهجي، کما أن لديهم اتجاهات قوية جدا (ايجابية بشدة) نحو اثنين من ممارسات القيادة الفعالة بناء على التفکير الهرمي، وانهم لديهم اتجاهات قوية جدا (ايجابية بشدة) نحو ثمانية من الممارسات الفعالة بناء على التفکير المنهجي، کما اشارت النتائج الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابة مجتمع الدراسة حول مجال النظام الهرمي في القيادة الفعالة تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذکور, وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول مفهوم القيادة الفعالة تبعاً لمتغيري التخصص والمعدل التراکمي. کما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى انه من الممکن استخدام الجنس للتنبؤ باتجاهات الطلبة نحو مفهوم القيادة الفعالة بناء على التفکير الهرمي. وفي ضوء ذلک تم اقتراح بعض السبل التي من شأنها ان تعزز من اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام القيادة الفعالة في القرن الواحد والعشرين.
The study aimed to explore students’ attitudes toward effective leadership at Tabuk University and to know whether there are significant differences among students' responses based on gender, major, and GPA. The study also aimed to predict students' leadership attitudes based on their gender, major, and GPA. The study used the descriptive research methodology to answer the research questions. The population consisted of all educational program in the year of 2017 at Tabuk University. The study utilized a questionnaire to collect the data using The Leadership Attitudes and Beliefs Scale (LABS-III). LABS-III is an instrument that assesses leadership attitudes and beliefs from the perspective of ecological model of leadership. The results of the study indicated that all students agree on the concept of effective leadership based on the Hierarchical and Systematic scales. Students agree strongly on two of the Hierarchal scale and eight of the Systematic scale components. However, the results of the study also indicated that there is a significant statistical difference among student perspectives based on gender, and there are no significant statistical differences among students’ perspectives based on major and GPA. The study also suggested that the regression equation can be used to predict student leadership perspective based on gender. Finally, the results of the study suggested some strategies to develop and increase students’ leadership perception
