هدف البحث الى التعرف على إمکانية تحديد المستهدفات الامبريقية لتنمية المجتمع المحلي من خلال التحليل والاستدلال علي قدرة المستحدثات في النظام التعليمي المزمع تعميمها في الوقت المعاصر علي إحداث تغييرات إمبريقية في مجال تنمية المجتمع، وهل يمکن لتلک الأبعاد أن يکون لها مردوداً إجرائياً مباشراً علي التنمية في المجتمع المحلي في ظل الأوضاع الحالية التي تعيشها مصر، وتوصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: تشير الإسهامات المتوقعة لمنظومة التعليم الى قدرتها على تنمية مهارات الإبداع والتفکير من خلال تفجير الطاقات الإبداعية في برامج وأنشطة تنموية، والاکتشاف المبکر للطلبة الموهوبين والفائقين، کما أکدت مساهمة النظام التعليمي الجديد في استثارة مخرجاته للمشارکة في تنمية المجتمع من خلال تعزيز حب العمل اليدوي لدى الطلاب، وإتاحة فرص إسهام الطلاب في الخدمات الاجتماعية التطوعيَّة، وأن المعوقات التي تحد من قدرة المنظومة الحديثة للتعليم في تحقيق أهدافها نحو تنمية المجتمع هى عدم وجود تعليم مهني حقيقي يتناسب مع الاحتياجات الفعلية للمواطن ،وتهميش دور المجتمع المدني في رسم الخطط والبرامج التعليمية.
The aim of the research is to identify the possibility of identifying the objectives of the impiricism goals for the development of the community through analysis and inference on the ability of the innovations in the educational system to be circulated in the contemporary time and the extent to which they are able to make changes in the field of community development, and can those dimensions To have a direct procedural impact on the development of the local community under the current conditions in Egypt, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the expected contributions of the education system in the development of creativity and thinking skills through the explosion of creative energies in programs and activities Development, early detection of talented and outstanding students, as confirmed by the contribution of the new educational system to provoke its outcomes to participate in the development of society by promoting the love of manual labor among students, providing opportunities for the contribution of students to voluntary social services, and that the obstacles that limit The ability of the modern education system in achieving its goals towards the development of society is the lack of real vocational education commensurate with the actual needs of the citizen, and the marginalization of the role of civil society in drawing plans and programs.
