هدف البحث الحالى إلى الکشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على اليقظة العقلية فى تحسين الوظائف التنفيذية واضطراب الانتباه وفرط النشاط لدى عينة بلغ قوامها (60) تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصفوف من الرابع إلى ٍالسادس الابتدائي ذوى اضطراب الانتباه وفرط النشاط تمتد أعمارهم من ( 9-12 ) سنة بمتوسط عمرى (9.7) وانحراف معيارى ( 0.523 )، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين (30) تلميذ وتلميذة للمجموعة التجريبية، و (30) تلميذ وتلميذة للمجموعة الضابطة، وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة ( اختبار کاتل للذکاء " المقياس الثاني" الصورة ب، مقياس الوظائف التنفيذية إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس اليقظة العقلية ترجمة کمال اسماعيل، 2017، واختبار اضطراب الانتباه وفرط النشاط فتحى الزيات، 2007، والبرنامج التدريبي إعداد الباحثة، وتم استخدام اختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي فى تحسين الوظائف التنفيذية لدى التلاميذ ذوى اضطراب الانتباه وفرط النشاط 
The present study aims at revealing the effectiveness of the training program is based on mindfulness to improve executive functions and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among Primary School Students, the study sample consisted of (60) male and female students in the fourth , fifth and six grade at the primary school at Benha Educational Administration , Qalubiya Governorate during the academic Year 2017-2018. The final of the sample was the age of 9-12 years old ,the following tools will be used in the present study: Intelligence Kattel test , Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Test by Fathi Elziat 2007 , Mindfulness Scale by Kamal Ismail 2016 ,Executive Functions Scale by The present researcher , Findings indicated effectiveness of the training program is based on Mindfulness to improve executive functions in students with ADHD.
