دور الجمعيات الخيرية في تنمية المجتمع المحلي في المملکة الأردنية الهاشمية/ محافظة الکرک أنموذجاً

   هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الايجابي للجمعيات الخيرية في لواء المزار الجنوبي في التنمية الاجتماعية من خلال محاربة الفقر والبطالة ومن خلال ترسيخ مفهوم التمکين الاقتصادي للمجتمع المحلي.
أظهرت هذه الدراسة الدور الفاعل للجمعيات الخيرية في اللواء والبالغ عددها (52) جمعية خيرية من خلال صناديق الائتمان المحلية والبالغة (17) صندوق ائتمان محلي حيث بلغ عدد الأشخاص المستفيدين من خدمات الصناديق المحلية حوالي (1508) شخص والتي بدورها ساهمت في زيادة دخل أکثر من (718)  أسرة .
   کذلک بينت الدراسة وجود تخصصية في أهداف الجمعيات الخيرية في اللواء من حيث الترکيز على:
1- الأسر الفقيرة   2- الطلبة المحتاجون   3- الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
4- الأرامل والمطلقات.  5- حل المشکلات الاجتماعية
   کذلک بينت المستوى العالي والإقبال من المجتمع المحلي في اللواء على المشارکة في العمل التطوعي وترسيخ التشارکية بين المؤسسات الأهلية والحکومية من خلال ما يقوم به رؤساء الجمعيات الخيرية وأعضاء الهيئات الإدارية من التواصل مع الحکام الإداريين والوزارات ومدراء الشرکات للمطالبة بالخدمات المختلفة لأهالي مناطقهم.
  کذلک بينت الدراسة دور الجمعيات الخيرية في محاربة الفقر والبطالة من خلال مشاريعها المختلفة التي يقوم بإدارتها أشخاص من المجتمع المحلي والذين توفرت لهم فرص عمل بسبب هذه المشاريع.
   وأخيرا بينت الدراسة الدور الايجابي لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية في دعم القطاع الأهلي من خلال دعم الجمعيات الخيرية بمشاريع تنموية هدفها النفع العام للمجتمع المحلي وتمکين الأسر الفقيرة بالاعتماد على الذات من خلال إقامة مشاريع تنموية صغيرة مدرة للدخل
 
 
 
Abstract
  This study aimed to highlight the positive role of charities in the region of al mazar southern in the social development through the fight against poverty, unemployment and through the consolidation of the concept of economic empowerment of the community.   
  This study showed the active role of charities in the district of (52) charity through the local credit funds, amounting to (17) Trust Fund Local terms of the number of people benefiting from local funds services amounted to about (1508) a person, which in turn contributed to the increase more income from (718)family.             
   The study also showed the presence of specialized targets in charities in the district in terms of a focus on:       
1-  poor families  2- needy students. 3. persons with disabilities     
widows and divorcees.5-. solving social problems- 4-Higher level also showed the turnout from the local community in the district to participate in volunteer work and the consolidation of participatory between civil and governmental institutions through the head of charities and members of the administrative bodies of communication with the administrative governors, ministries and corporate managers to demand different services for the people of their areas.                           
   The study also showed the role of charities in the fight against poverty and unemployment through its various projects that it manages people from the local community and who had a job because of these projects
Finally, the study showed the positive role of the Ministry of Social Development in supporting the private sector by supporting charities development projects aimed at public benefit to the local community and enable poor households to self-reliance through the establishment of a small development income-generating projects.
