هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي وتقصي العلاقة بين مستوى الرضا عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي ومستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف، کذلک الکشف عن الفروق في مستوى الرضا عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي ومستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف تبعاً لمتغيرات (النوع – التخصص – المستوى الدراسي)، کما هدف هذا البحث إلى التنبؤ بمستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف من خلال مستوى رضاهم عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي.
طُبق هذا البحث على عينة مکونة من (832) طالباً وطالبةً بجامعة الطائف، واستخدم الباحث مقياساً لقياس رضا الطلاب عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي؛ومقياس الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي(من إعداد الباحث) وللإجابة على فروض البحث تم الاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية؛وتحليل التباين الأحادي؛ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون؛ وتحليل الانحدار البسيط.
وکشفت نتائج البحث عن أن مستوى رضا الطلاب عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي متوسط؛ کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الرضا عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي ومستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف تبعاً لمتغيرات النوع والتخصص، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الرضا عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي ومستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف تبعاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح طلاب المستوى الرابع، کما کشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين مستوى الرضا عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي والاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف، کذلک أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إمکانية التنبؤ بمستوى الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب جامعة الطائف من خلال مستوى رضاهم عن خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي.
ومن خلال نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الأبحاث المتخصصة في الإرشاد الأکاديمي الجامعي وحصر المشکلات والصعوبات المختلفة التي تواجه المرشدين الأکاديميين وتعوقهم عن تقديم خدمات الإرشاد الأکاديمي لطلابهم في ضوء معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأکاديمي؛ کما أوصى الباحث بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات للتوصل إلى أحدث الاستراتيجيات والطرائق التدريسية التي قد تُسهم في تنمية الاندماج النفسي والمعرفي لدى طلاب الجامعة.
This Research aimed at identifying The Level of Satisfaction for the academic Advising Services, Investigate the relationship between The Level of Satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and Psychological and Cognitive Engagement for university students, Detecting the differences in the level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and the level of Psychological and Cognitive Engagement for university students depending on the variables (Sex - Specialization - Study Level) and predicting the level of psychological and cognitive Engagement for university students through their level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services.
And this Research applied on a sample consists of (832) students from Taif University, the researcher used a questionnaire to measure student satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and a questionnaire to measure Psychological and Cognitive Engagement (Prepared by the researcher)
For Statistical Analysis researcher depended on Means and standard deviation; and analysis of variance ANOVA; and Pearson correlation coefficient; and simple regression analysis.
The Results of the Research indicated That there is a Moderate level of Satisfaction for the academic Advising Services, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and the level of Psychological and Cognitive Engagement for university students depending on the variables (Sex - Specialization) but there are no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and the level of Psychological and Cognitive Engagement for university students depending on the Study Level, there is statistically significant relationship between the level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services and Psychological and Cognitive Engagement for university students and the level of psychological and cognitive Engagement for university students can be predicted through their level of satisfaction for the academic Advising Services.
From Research Results Researcher Recommended by The need for more specialized research in the university academic Advising, Detecting the problems and difficulties which faced academics Advisors and hindered from providing academic Advising services to their students in view of accreditation and quality standards and conducting further studies to arrive at the teaching methods and strategies that may contribute to development psychological and cognitive Engagement for university students.
