A Proposed Vision for the Role of General Education School Principals in the Tabuk Region in Implementing Strategic Leadership Skills

Abstract

The goal of the research is to develop a proposal visualization of the role of directors of public education schools in the Tabuk region in applying strategic leadership skills, and the descriptive curriculum was used, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (247) managers, (202) supervisors and (374) teachers with a total of (823) individuals, from managers, supervisors and teachers of public education schools in Tabuk region; The research resulted in the approval of the research sample that came with a 'great '' degree about the role of directors of public education schools in the Tabuk region on the application of the skill of strategic thinking, the application of the skill of the strategic direction, and the application of the skill of investing the human capital capabilities for strategic leadership; And the lack of statistically significant differences between the research sample responses about the role of directors of public education schools in the Tabuk region in applying strategic leadership skills (strategic thinking, strategic orientation, and investment of human capital capabilities for strategic leadership due to variables (current job and educational stage). 
A proposal visualization of the role of the general education schools in the Tabuk region was reached in the application of strategic leadership skills, which are among the goals, premises, mechanisms and stages of implementation and the authorities responsible for its implementation; The recommendation was recommended: Training human cadres to apply strategic leadership skills in public education schools in Tabuk region; And put strategic plans on the roles of the school employees in applying strategic leadership skills in public education schools in Tabuk.
