Abstract

Language is one of the most important means of human communication with other members of his species, and one of the most important tools for expressing himself and his feelings. It is the cultural manifestation of society and the basic component of its identity. It is the cultural and civilizational vessel of humanity Hence, it was an essential and important element in completing the teaching and learning process, and the Arabic language constitutes the most important component on which the nation is based, in addition to other components such as history, religion, economy, and the system of values ​​governing the Muslim society... and it constitutes an essential element in building the identity of every individual of this nation.The current research aimed to identify the necessary competencies for teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers in light of the Islamic heritage and the challenges of artificial intelligence applications, and to present a proposed educational vision for its development from the Islamic perspective. The research used the fundamentalist approach and the descriptive approach, where the research sample consisted of (50) male and female teachers. Arabic language for non-native speakers, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect research data.The research included three main axes: the first: the Islamic intellectual and educational framework for the competencies necessary for teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers between the Islamic heritage and the challenges of artificial intelligence. The second: the reality of teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers practicing the competencies necessary for them. Teachers of the Arabic language to non-native speakers, and developing their performance in light of the competencies necessary for them from the Islamic perspective.The research reached a set of results, including: - There is a dearth of research and studies • There is a dearth of research and studies devoted to preparing teachers based on the competency approach, and a dearth of such research in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, particularly in light of the Islamic educational heritage and the challenges of artificial intelligence programs.• The study concluded with a list of ethical, linguistic, professional, cultural, and technical competencies required for Arabic language teachers to non-native speakers.• The educational heritage represents the theoretical framework for what society needs in building its educational system and programs and establishing its foundations and rules. Indeed, more than this, civilizational growth and intellectual growth go hand in hand. It has derived its strength and vitality from religion, and Islamic educational thought has been able to produce the righteous person who is able to adapt to his reality. The Islamic educational heritage is full of many of the competencies necessary for the teacher.• Artificial intelligence programs can provide tremendous capabilities and numerous benefits in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, including improving the quality and effectiveness of learning Arabic, increasing students’ learning motivation, making the learning process more enjoyable, and helping teachers teach more effectively and efficiently Opening access to learning Arabic to a greater number of people. However, the use of artificial intelligence also has some negative effects that must be taken into account.
