A Proposed Educational Vision for Building Ethical Controls for Dealing with Artificial Intelligence in Light of The Objectives of Islamic Law

Abstract

The current research aimed to formulate a proposed educational vision to build ethical controls for dealing with artificial intelligence in light of the objectives of Islamic law. The research used fundamentalist and descriptive approaches. The research concluded that artificial intelligence poses major ethical challenges related to privacy and manipulation, and that the Islamic educational vision for ethical controls for dealing with intelligence Artificial intelligence expresses the principles and starting points that govern the course of human behavior, and is based on faith in God Almighty, taking into account the purposes of Islamic law, and considering the highest human and civilizational values ​​to preserve human dignity, and reinforces the values ​​related to controlling its uses, including: fear of God, human dignity, preservation of privacy, and honesty. Transparency, justice and fairness, responsibility and accountability, In light of the results of the research, I recommend the need for institutions entrusted with preparing individuals in society to strive to provide them with these ethical controls through their curricula and programmes, and the need to hold conferences to introduce current and future crimes committed using artificial intelligence in order to expand knowledge about them, prevent them and combat them, and all Parties associated with artificial intelligence, whether stakeholders, programmers, or beneficiaries, take into account the ethical dimension based on the objectives of Islamic law.
