Abstract

Education is the cornerstone of shaping, strengthening and preserving the cultural identity of university youth. Hence, education is seen as the main means of consolidating the cultural identity of university youth, just as culture is the primary driver of human action. The measure of a nation’s civilization and advancement is linked to its cultural progress, with all the connotations and meanings it contains, and because the pillars of nation-building are university youth; Preserving the cultural identity of university youth has become an imperative necessity at the present time. Therefore, the research aimed to activate the role of the academic guidance unit to enhance the cultural identity of university youth, using a case study approach. The research reached and developed a proposed vision for activating the role of the academic guidance unit to enhance the cultural identity of young people. University
