Abstract

The research aimed to try to reveal the trends, ideas and principles of Islamic education that contribute to building the child's personality in primary education institutions, and transferring them from the declarative knowledge system to the procedural knowledge system, especially as there have been many visions on this subject, which reflects negatively on the educational processes, resulting in outputs that do not meet the desires of those in charge of them, the researcher started from the point of view that sees the necessity of knowledge before work, the need for knowledge before behavior, the need for understanding before application, and the need to refer to the sources of revelation This study came as a necessary introduction to understanding the psychology of the child and realizing the nature of this stage, and knowing the origins of the educational theory of primary education institutions before starting their work. The research depends on the descriptive approach: to answer the analytical aspect of the study, where the literature related to the study will be surveyed and data analysis and classification, to identify the axes of the study and extrapolate the semantics that achieve the meanings targeted by those axes, and then arrange those axes and sub-topics in a way that accommodates the features of the study and in order to achieve its objectives. And the deductive approach in order to derive the most important texts that define the Islamic vision in the care of the non-distinguished child, and to conclude this from the previous descriptive survey, where the previous literature and a set of sources and references that dealt with the non-distinguished child are surveyed in order to extrapolate those trends associated with child care from its educational side.
The study found that the Islamic educational vision was more realistic than many of the modern educational visions that dealt with this stage, as it was launched from psychological, educational and social foundations and derived its principles from the fixed Sharia texts in a precise methodological framework that takes into account custom and is linked to reality, and the theory of eligibility and mandate that emerged from it, has taken into account human integration and what is appropriate for the stage of rights for her or her and the validity of actions and responsibility for obligations, as it takes into account the continuous development and renewal to meet The requirements of contemporary life, as they are fixed in the assets flexible in the branches.  Childhood was considered a stage of total dependence on others at the beginning to almost total self-reliance at the end, and tenderness and play were considered the most important demands, and frequent movement and speech are the most important features, and therefore primary education institutions must rely on these principles.
The study concluded with the importance of drafting educational and legal laws that regulate primary education institutions that are derived from the Islamic vision and consider the contemporary educational and legal reality.
