The Degree of Practicing Pioneering Leadership Among Secondary School Principals in Tabuk City from The Teachers' Point of View

Abstract

     The study aimed to identify the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among female principals of secondary schools in Tabuk from the perspective of teachers and to reveal the existence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean responses of the study sample regarding the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice by female principals of secondary schools in Tabuk attributed to the variables: (educational qualification, years of experience, training programs). the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire from a sample of (279) teachers. The results, the most important of which are: the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice by female principals was found to be at a high level, the vision came first, followed by innovation, initiative came in third place, and finally risk, Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of entrepreneurial leadership practice among female principals of secondary schools in Tabuk. The recommendations, the most important of which were updating the systems and regulations in schools to support performance development in light of entrepreneurial leadership and adopting the dimensions.
